According to the Word, the office of deacon is an honor and a blessing. “For those who serve well as deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus” 1 Tim 3:13. Deacons duties at AEC  include taking on administrative or organizational tasks, ushering, being responsible for building maintenance, volunteering to be the church property management, financial management.

Music is one of the ways we encourage a life of worship – a life that brings glory to God and draws nearer and nearer to Jesus.Through music and worship we experience  His amazing presence and hear His voice. Our worship helps us express who God is, sing our prayers, celebrate His greatness, thank Him, and encourage each other with His truth. We believe that worship is an expression of the gathered community to our heavenly Father.

We strive to show outreach to become our  lifestyle. We believe that each one of us has the calling to be “mission-minded.” This means being open to opportunities to show Christ’s love to those we interact with in our daily life.

God loves it when His children come together and connect with him in prayer. At Ammanuel, our prayer ministry opens our hearts and minds to see God work in powerful ways.

Each Friday, our Prayer Team meets  from 7:00 to 9:00pm  to pray for our community, church, outreach, families and other prayer requests.

On the last Friday of the month we have over night prayer meeting. The prayer team meets  before, during and after Sunday services as well.

The holistic  Team serves to “love our neighbors as ourselves,” by responding to real-life needs in our church body, the care teams  also provide confidential care to people facing life’s spiritual, emotional and physical challenges.

Holistic ministry is the church’s  calling to share the Good News of God’s salvation through word and deed. We strive to reaching our  community with the whole gospel for the whole person through whole churches.
